The South Creek Elementary PTO is a volunteer organization that assists students and staff in achieving school goals. Last year, over 300 parents volunteered their time and talents with our students. Attending regular PTO meetings is a great way to stay informed with what is going on at school.
Some of the PTO activities you could help with are listed below:
- Market Day (Help set-up Market Day orders for distribution)
- Classroom parties (Coordinate and/or participate in class parties)
- Spring Fling/Jam(Help with set-up, activities, food, games and decorations)
- Secret Santa Shop (Help children purchase gifts)
- Movie Nights (Help check students in and out, chaperone)
- Fall Fundraiser (Pass out catalogues, assist with kick-off, etc.)
- Skating Parties (Pass out flyers, attend the skating parties)
- Spirit Wear or Spirit Nights (Coordinate with restaurants, create flyers, pass out flyers)
- Calendar or Newsletter (Type and assemble calendar, phone directory, or school newsletter)
- New Student Registration (Make copies, give tours)
- Breakfast with Santa (Kitchen, auction, games, prizes, or decorations)
- Teacher luncheon (During Teacher Appreciation Week in May)
