The Indiana High School Athletic Association (IHSAA), formed in 1903, regulates, supervises, and administers interschool athletic activities among member high schools. By doing so, IHSAA has a set of by-laws that cover the health and educational welfare of students; determines qualifications for individual contests, coaches and officials, facilitates athletic relations among member high schools; and establishes standards for eligibility, competition and sportsmanship.  As a member of IHSAA, Franklin Central High School must abide by their by-laws.

Franklin Central High School has been notified of recent violations of IHSAA rules for the 2014-2015 school year. The following actions have occurred.
